Welcome to the Rathaus Hotel in the pretty town of Wernigerode. The hotel is situated in the city centre, just 50 m away from the historic town hall and the Gothic House. It is the best point to start your tour around the historical town of Wernigerode or to the beautiful surroundings of the Harz.

The hotel has been originally built in 1852. After the big fire in 1948 it had to be reconstructed and was then used as a bank. You can see the big safe in our cellar until today.
Today we offer nicely decorated rooms in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere.
